When a booking is confirmed, the room provider may require a security deposit as shown on the listing (see Deposit amount, if any). The deposit may cover damage to equipment or premises, extra cleaning, or no-show risk.

Refunds are usually arranged within 7–14 business days after the booking ends, minus any agreed deductions. How and when you pay the deposit, and how it is returned, is agreed directly between you and the provider.

This website only passes your booking request; it does not hold money or guarantee refunds. Replace this text with your organisation’s real terms.

Draft — Cancellation policy (edit in Admin → Site settings)

Cancellations should be sent in writing (email or the enquiry conversation on this site). Unless you agree something different with the provider:

• More than 14 days before the booking date — deposit or prepayment may be refunded in full, at the provider’s discretion.
• Between 7 and 14 days before — up to 50% of the agreed fee or deposit may be kept.
• Less than 7 days before, or no-show — the provider may keep the full agreed fee or deposit.

Government restrictions, venue closure, or other force majeure should be handled fairly by both parties. This is sample wording only — set your real policy below and on each room if needed.
